Steve joined Lynar in 1984 and after completing a five-year toolmaking apprenticeship progressed to roles including toolroom foreman and works manager.
His extensive professional experience includes computer aided design (CAD) and he is City & Guilds qualified in AutoCAD.
Steve’s background as a fully trained toolmaker gives him invaluable insight into all aspects of production and engineering, to the benefit of Lynar’s clients.
As managing director, he oversees all aspects for production to ensure goods are delivered on time and to a consistently high quality.
He enjoys liaising with clients to meet their specific production and manufacturing requirements and working with his team to turn concepts into finished products that fully meet customer expectations.
