Michelle is responsible for all areas of Lynar’s accounts, payroll, staff issues and costing exercises and she also has a problem-solving role within the company.
As financial manager, her key priorities include ensuring that invoices and statements are issued on time and payments are received promptly.
Dealing swiftly and efficiently with client queries, as part of Lynar’s focus on customer service, is another important issue for Michelle.
She has been with the company since 1986 – she joined straight from school, after completing her O levels – and as a result has built up long-term working relationships with many clients. She also enjoys getting to know new customers.
